The Executive MBA class of 2017 graduated on Saturday, March 4. The ceremony at AF-borgen in Lund, Sweden, combined the awarding of the diplomas with speeches, presentations, refreshments, and networking.
After 18 months of focusing on leadership and management it was time for the Executive MBA class of 2017 to graduate on Saturday. Friends, family, and representatives from the graduates’ sponsoring organizations gathered to see the participants receive their well-earned diplomas, which were handed out by EFL CEO Henrik Lundgren and Program Director Robert Wenglén. The mood was festive and the afternoon was full of memories and laughter, but also some sadness that the program was over.
“Saturday was a wonderful way to wrap up an intensive final period, some of it located in Africa as part of the participants’ international project work,” says Tony Åkesson, Director Executive MBA. “It has been really fun and exciting to follow the participants on their journey of learning and to see their development and the fantastic results of the program.”
